1. Old Program---Single ModeThe old machine program only have single mode which includes five memories. The wrapping force, circles and turntable speed are fixed. This program is suitable for regular pallets. |

2. New Program---Multi-layer ModeThe new program have both single and multilayer modes. For regular pallets, customer can choose to use single mode. For irregular pallets, customers can use multilayer mode and set different parameters in each level to wrap their pallets better. |

| 1. What's the height of machine column? The standard height of X100 pallet wrapping machine column is 2600mm, and its max packing height is 2400mm. If the packing height is over 2400mm, purchasers can choose column with the height of 3200mm. And the max packing height is 3000mm. 2. How to choose control system? X100 standard control system: PLC: SIEMENS TOUCH SCREEN: SIEMENS INVERTER: SIEMENS 3. What's the size of turntable? The standard turntable size is 1650mm, 1800mm and 2000mm. The turtable size is optional. |
4. What's temperature requirement ? Standard machine need > 0 degree. if <0 degree ,need tell us ,we need use a special motor for machine 5. What's the thickness of turntable steel and what do we use to cut the steel? The thickness of turntable steel is 10mm, and we adopt water cutting teachnology rather than laser cutting. 6. What's the max loading weight ? Our standard machine max load weight 2000KG, above 2000KG we need change to steel roller under the turntable, standard machine use plastic roller. |
