					3. Fully Automatic--- Remote control system & Auto Cut and Clamp Film Worker just need put the pallet on the turntable and press remote control button, machine will wrap pallet automatically. No need get off the forklift truck No need mannually cut film and put film on pallet any more, cut &clamp fim system will do it automatically.

If there is label on pallet, it'll be difficult to scan the barcode on the label. X100 pallet wrapping machine uses ruber coated roller to avoid rubber dropping problem, and stretch film soomthly, after stretching, film can still be transparent, and barcode on label can be easily scanned.

6. Safety Devices 1. Machine is made of ABS+Steel body, which can prevent electric shock and leakage. 2. Film carriage bottom safety device: When worker's head or foot touches the bottom of the film carriage, the machine will stop running and alarm. 3. If film carriage falls down, the anti-falling device will catch it immediately.

					Packaging Details		The normal package is wooden box. If export to european countries, the wooden box will be fumigated. If container is too tigher,we will use pe film for packing or pack it according to customers special request.

1. What's the height of machine column? The standard height of X100 pallet wrapping machine column is 2600mm, and its max packing height is 2400mm. If the packing height is over 2400mm, purchasers can choose column with the height of 3200mm. And the max packing height is 3000mm. 2. How to choose control system? X100 standard control system: PLC: SIEMENS TOUCH SCREEN: SIEMENS INVERTER: SIEMENS 3. What's turntable size ? The standard turntable size is 1650mm, 1800mm and 2000mm. The turtable size is optional.					4. What's temperature requirement ? Standard machine need > 0 degree. if <0 degree, need tell us, we need use a special motor for machine. 5. What's the thickness of turntable steel and what do we use to cut the steel? The thickness of turntable steel is 10mm, and we adopt water cutting technology rather than laser cutting. 6. What's max weight can be use? Our standard machine max load weight 2000KG, above 2000KG we need change to steel roller under the turntable, standard machine use plastic roller.
