					1. Rubber Coated roller +300% pre-stretch rate (1) Our machine is equipped with the character of 300% pre-stretch rate, while the stretch rate of wrapping machine on the market is 250%. Choosing our machine can help to save at least 20% cost. (2) Pre-stretch is normal function of wrapping machine. But most wrapping machines on the market stick the rubber on the roller with glue, which are easily broken while working ,and make the film crumply, if there is label on pallet, it will be difficult to scan the barcode on the label. X1 pallet wrapping machine uses ruber conated roller to avoid rubber dropping problem, and stretch film soomthly. After stretching, film can still be transparent, and barcode on label can be easily scanned.

1. What's the height of machine column? The standard height of X1 pallet wrapping machine column is 2600mm, and its max packing height is 2400mm. If the packing height is over 2400mm, purchaser can choose column with the height of 3200mm. And the max packing height is 3000mm. 2. How to choose control system? X1 pallet wrapping machine are all equipped with Siemens control system. As top brand spare parts can ensure a longer machine lifespan. 3. What's turntable size? The standard turntable size is 1650mm, 1800mm and 2000mm. The turtable size is optional.								4. What temperature can the machine be used at? Usually machine should be operated at above 0 degree. If it is below 0 degree, informing us in advance, we will equip the machine with a special motor. 5. What's the thickness of turntable steel and what do we use to cut the steel? The thickness of turntable steel is 10mm, and we adopt water cutting teachnology rather than laser cutting. 6. What's max weight can be use? The max load weight of standard pallet stretch wrapper is 2000KG. As standard machine is equipped with plastic roller. If the weight of goods to be wrapped is over 2000KG, we need to change plastic rollers in turntable to steel rollers.
