					5. Automatic Cutting Film After finishing wrapping the pallet, our pallet stretch wrapper will cut the film automatically without needing any workers to cut film with tools, which will be a great help to worker. It is inconvenient to break film manually. So why not let our machine help you?

6. Save 30% Film 300% Pre-stretch rate, save 30% film compared to traditional pallet wrapping machine. Rubber Coated Roller Most wrapping machines stick the rubber on the roller with glue, which are easily broken while workingg, and it'll make the film crumply. If there is label on pallet, it'll be difficult to scan the barcode on the label. X1 pallet wrapping machine uses ruber coated roller to avoid rubber dropping problem, and stretch film soomthly, after stretching, film can still be transparent, and barcode on label can be easily scanned.

Film carriage bottom safety device: When worker's head or foot touches the bottom of the film carriage, the machine will stop running and alarm. 3. 	Packaging Details	The normal package is wooden box. If export to european countries, the wooden box will be fumigated. If container is too tigher,we will use pe film for packing or pack it according to customers special request.

1. What's the height of machine column? The standard height of X1 pallet wrapping machine column is 2600mm, and its max packing height is 2400mm. If the packing height is over 2400mm, purchasers can choose column with the height of 3200mm. And the max packing height is 3000mm. 2. How to choose control system? X1 standard control system: PLC: SIEMENS TOUCH SCREEN: SIEMENS INVERTER: SIEMENS 3. What's turntable size? The standard turntable size is 1650mm, 1800mm and 2000mm. The turtable size is optional.					4. What's temperature requirement ? Standard machine need > 0 degree. if <0 degree, need tell us, we need use a special motor for machine. 5. What's the thickness of turntable steel and what do we use to cut the steel? The thickness of turntable steel is 10mm, and we adopt water cutting technology rather than laser cutting. 6. What's max weight can be use? Our standard machine max load weight 2000KG, above 2000KG we need change to steel roller under the turntable, standard machine use plastic roller.
